If Treatment Is Required:
- You will be given a clear explanation of the problem and possible
complications if untreated.
- You will be given a choice of treatments. We will recommend our preferred
choice of treatment.
- A treatment plan will be prepared for your consideration showing treatment
options and approximate costs. If it is necessary to make changes during
the course of your treatment, you will be advised of the clinical reasons
and the choices you have available to you. A copy will be retained with
your dental records and we request that you ensure payment is made upon
completion of your treatment.
Guarantees:
All gold, porcelain, bridgework, crowns, restorations (in resin
or amalgam silver) as well as full & partial dentures are guaranteed
for 36 months against manufacturing defects.
Guarantees may not be honoured where failure is due to dental decay,
intra-oral or extra-oral trauma or where routine dental examinations are
unattended. As prevention is often simpler than repair, regular dental
examinations are advised by the whole dental team.
